点评：As I mentioned in my review of the Hilton Luxor:
"The breakfast buffet at Rosetta, the main restaurant, was consistently excellent, with a wide variety of international and local dishes. We also enjoyed the dinner buffet a few times. The restaurant staff, including Mahmoud, Ibrahim, and Hadeer, were all very attentive and friendly. Lovely folks."
To expand on that:
The restaurant was well-run, offering a consistent standard of quality and service. While not necessarily 5-star, it was great for what it was.
Breakfast featured a live cooking station preparing eggs, crepes, and waffles to order. Juices included apple, hibiscus, and orange (I highly recommend mixing apple and hibiscus). The buffet itself catered to various preferences with a wide selection of international and local dishes.
Dinner at Rosetta was more hit and miss, though the buffet still offered a diverse range of options. The live cooking station added some flair, with the chef preparing pasta and meat dishes to one's taste. Drinks at dinner, however, are charged separately and not included in the buffet price.
Those with allergies should note that I didn’t see clear labelling or allergy notices (I may be mistaken), so it’s worth confirming with staff if you have specific dietary needs.
