点评：Me and my friends chose to visit the place for its warmness and coziness and friendly and warm welcome but unfortunately we didnt find a convenient place except one that was looking free of any customers thus we went to sit, the waiter came to tell us that the owner is coming to sit on our table so we have to move to another table that was very uncomfortable to us to sit on, we asked to talk to the manager, when some one came to us that was very unprofessional not even well trained nor looking like a responsible of the place staff member not a board member also told us to leave the table as the owner is coming in 5 minutes and this 5 minutes never came since we arrived although we stayed on the table mostly for half an hour and whats so called “the owner” never arrived . We said that we dont want to sit anywhere else because we were super chilling from the cold weTher and this was the only available table with a heater beside, but the staff didnt want us to stay:(

翻译：我和我的朋友选择参观这个地方是因为它的温暖和舒适以及友好和热烈的欢迎但不幸的是我们没有找到一个方便的地方，除了一个看起来没有任何顾客的地方所以我们坐下来，服务员过来告诉我们老板要坐在我们的桌子上，所以我们不得不换到另一张让我们坐起来很不舒服的桌子，我们要求和经理谈谈，当有人来找我们时，他非常不专业，甚至没有受过良好的训练，也没有看就像这个地方的负责人一样，不是董事会成员的工作人员也告诉我们离开桌子，因为主人将在 5 分钟后到达，而自从我们到达后这 5 分钟就再也没有来过，尽管我们大部分时间都在桌子上呆了半个小时，这是怎么回事被称为“主人”的人从未到过。我们说我们不想坐在其他任何地方，因为我们在寒冷的天气中非常寒冷，这是唯一一张旁边有加热器的桌子，但工作人员不想让我们留下来:(
