点评:We were quickly seated in a nice table. Throughout the meal, service was professional in every way with our server, Alejandro. The menu has many items to choose and mostly are small plates for sharing. The restaurant has amazing wine and cocktail lists. The cocktail creations are all world class and really hard to choose a favorite. The Paloma was one of the best I have ever drank.
The empanadas of Wagyu were so delicious and perfectly cooked. The churros de queso like a cheese pie with a churro crust and really excellent. The outstanding appetizer was crudo de corvina with an exceptional butter sauce, the fish melted in your mouth! Unfortunately, the asparagus appetizer was pithy and inedible and not properly prepared. Also, the lamb chops were tough, fatty and hard to eat and a sub-prime cut of lamb.
Overall, the meal was great only some misses with the food. I definitely recommend and would return especially for the amazing cocktails. So much talent at the bar!
