点评：Restaurant is in an upper middle class neighborhood in northern Bogotá Colombia. Very nice restaurant ascetically. Arrived with friend and we were seated pretty quickly near the walk way to the kitchen, place was pretty much empty. Both my friend and I took turns going to the washroom. We both came back to the table and even though waiters and the seating hostess walked by us every 30 seconds no one came to us to take our order. We waited 15 minutes before I had to get up and ask the hostess why no one had tended to us. Fabian Ortiz (hostess ) began apologizing profusely but he walked by our table numerous times and knew we were not being taken care of. A waiter was sent to our table so we then began the ordering process. My friend ordered a pasta dish which he claimed was very good. Me on the other hand had a horrible experience with a cannelloni dish. I have never had a frozen pasta or cannelloni dish but I imagine it will better than what I was served. The cheese was burnt to the dish and the rest of the ingredients were dry and tasteless. I was hungry and didn’t want to make my friend who is Colombian feel uncomfortable. I wa told the pizzas are very good but I will never know because I will never return.
