点评：I am absolutely shocked and stunned by the terrific experience I've encountered on my Birthday in Angelina Paris at Musheirb branch in Doha, Qatar. I've visited Angelina in many places all around the world and until today I've had a great opinion of the brand, the service and the quality of the products. However, today 20.01.2023 I had the worst service delivery. I was celebrating my Birthday and the rudeness of the waitress called Dilia or Dalia in Musheirb Doha branch was simply disgraceful and disrespectful in so many ways. She behaved as me and my friends are lower level then her, undeserving of her attention or respect. She looked at us with raging eyes and every time we asked her something she responded rudely. I notified her direct manager Mr Twami about her attitude, yet he didn't take any action on it!! She even disregarded we are working for a well established aviation brand in the middle east and rejected to give us our company discount, which is 25% of the bill. Our bill was extremely high and 25% of it would've s make a significant difference of about 200 Qatari riyals which is equal to 50 euro. When we asked them why they didn't give it, they said they already closed our table bill and cannot open it to apply the discount! Also I've had previously my Birthday in Angelina Paris however in Marina Bay Sands mall in Singapore and the whole team singed for me Happy birthday song, they made me a small cake surprise, here I received only disrespect and offensive words! I myself and Arabic and I can wholeheartedly say that I am truly ashamed of those two Arabic people, the manager of the place and miss Dilia, who are supposed to deliver their highest level of performance in order to achieve the greatest customer satisfaction, especially as in our Arab culture great hospitality is of vital importance, yet they absolutely put shame on our whole ethnicity. I feel sorry for other guests who will come to this place and experience the same horrible customer service!! I will never go back there and especially not on my Birthday!!!
