点评：The food at Chotto Matte are generally good, everything we ordered were delicious. Very tasty... Our server Kalil was very professional, courteous and he knows every detail of what Chotto Matte has to offer.
But there are a couple of things that I believe, needs improvement...
First is the speed. The restaurant was not full when we went for dinner and ordered set menu because it is what's included in our half board package. Hence we expect that it will be served swiftly.
If my memory serves me right, we waited around 30 mins for the appetizers, 45 mins for the main menu, around 15 mins for the dessert and 10 mins for the additional water we asked before we ended our night and head to our room. These figures are just approximate, but the point is the service was very slow.
I am not sure if they were understaffed that evening, but I know there were less people to accommodate. Like I said, restaurant was not full. Probably only 5-7 tables were occupied. It was not a busy night for Chotto Matte, but there sure was a delay in their service.
Second is the lighting, I understand it is a fine dining set up kind of restaurant, but it was too dark that we needed to use the lamps on our tables to check out our food. Maybe a little more light to add brightness will help.
But again, their food is great and Kalil is superb!
