点评:I'm so glad I chose to try Segreta for my last meal before leaving the St Regis hotel.
The ambience was light and airy, with lush green plants covering the walls and a glass ceiling that created an "indoor-outdoor" experience.
The menu featured a selection of French and Italian inspired dishes, with vegetarian and vegan options, as well as clear indications for the main allergens, such as dairy, nuts and gluten.
As for my order, from the amuse-bouche to the main course, the dishes were perfectly executed in all aspects: presentation, texture, flavor, seasoning... Every bite commanded my full presence and attention. The dessert was a bit too sweet for my liking, but overall, I found the entire meal truly superb!
The cherry on top was definitely my interaction with the wonderful staff members! Thank you to Chef Tamara, Rayan and the three Ahmads for your hospitality and excellent standard of service. You made the entire experience a truly memorable one. I very much look forward to dining with you again.
