点评:We went for a late breakfast and we were told that it would take about 20 minutes to prepare our food after ordering. The waitress took our order and she never approached our table again. After half an hour, even the pitcher of water we had asked for had not arrived. In the meantime, people who arrived and ordered after us had been served. Finally, we called the manager over. He went to check in the kitchen and within minutes, we had our food, served by the manager and not by our waitress. The food was ok, but when it came time to pay, once again we were ignored by the waitress and we couldn't get the check. We ended up just paying at the register.
I have eaten in hundreds of restaurants all over the world and I have never ever encountered such a lack of service. This was the second time that we ate at Melody - the first time was better, but after this experience, we won't be returning.
