The 2 of us visited with another family member, and we ordered food from the kiosk with the assistance of one of the staff members. We ordered 3 x burger meals but unfortunately, the kiosk card machine wasnt working, so we were instructed to pay at the counter, which we did.
When the food arrived, only 2 meals arrived, and we asked where the 3rd meal was and were told we had only paid for 2!
The other family member was extremely distressed with this fault and became agitated and expressed this anger to the staff member.
