点评:Honestly ,very poor service. They can not speak all languages that mention on their web page. I tried to communicate with them in English but the staff there didn’t speak English so she used Russian but my Russian communication was not enough to communicate. Staff of this hotel can change their opinion immediately and do not care about you and yet they are ready to blame you and argue with you instead of solving the problem! There was a problem transferring money from my account. I have tried many ways as they asked for. But the problem with their system. Manager didn’t want to understand and did not provide Mastercard as she promised instead demanded me to pay in cash and demanded to give my passport. I have lost my cash at the airport but I have reserved a room and add my card to pay but the money was not taken from the hotel I did not know why? I was interred my bank account for online payment for staying one night at that hotel and even I left a note and even texted with the manager throughout email before leaving my country but she said nothing about the payment. I was confused when I saw the my booking payments at the hotel. I explained my situation and asked to give me time to transfer but it was very difficult to transfer money the hotel’s account.After trying 4 hours I initially transferred money to managers local bank account given by one man who even doesn’t work there came to the hotel as a Translator! Her attitude was childish and whatever I asked he said I do not know then why he even was there if he was unable to explain the situation. He kept said the manager has a problem. It was crazy night. Even the money sent the manager did not respond me when I sent her the receipt to her email and even in the morning when I asked my all deposited money back she could not wanted to give it back immediately! This was the worst service ever I have faced with! Manager can’t handle the problem. Very rude staff! Irresponsible for their job! Regretted visiting there! They can’t provide quality service. Staying there was stressful. They don’t even care to say bad anything about you using Russian language!
But breakfast was good and the room was clean but there were three beds which was totally different from the room that I chose.
I do not recommend for basically foreigners to stay at this hotel because if you got a problem instead of solving it staff can demand you leave the hotel in the middle of the nigh even you add your card to their site and all of your ID. They do not give you a chance or can not tell you in advance. They cancelled my booking from the site Agoda thus I left the review here!
