点评：I chose this venue to celebrate my birthday, expecting a special experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be incredibly frustrating due to a series of unacceptable issues.
First, there was a complete power outage — and shockingly, the staff seemed completely unprepared to handle the situation. No contingency plan, no clear communication, just confusion.
To make matters worse, after I had already paid the full amount as initially requested, I received a call later demanding several more thousands — claiming they had “forgotten” to include it in the bill. That level of disorganization is completely unprofessional.
The service overall was painfully slow and disjointed. There was an attempt to appear high-end and attentive, but the reality was far from it.
This experience was far below expectations, especially for a special occasion. I would strongly caution others to think twice before booking here.
