点评：This restaurant truly lives up to its reputation! Having been wanting to try it for a while, it was always fully booked with a never ending queue at its entrance. Today my daughter and I finally got the chance to get a table, and, wow, the dishes we ordered did not disappoint, neither in taste nor in quantity. We started with a delicious rocket salad which was perfectly balanced with the amount of its dressing. contrary to most of the local restaurants of a similar cuisine where customers either put up with the skimpy amount of the salad dressing or have to request additional dressing at an extra cost. Our main courses consisted of a mushroom risotto and lasagna - both very tasty and presented to perfection.
The portions at Bianca are generous and, if ordering too much, you might find yourself struggling with eating everything your ordered.
Last, but not least - a compliment to the staff!! Well-trained, friendly, efficient, helpful, customer-attentive and showing that teamwork among themselves leads to the perfect service!!!
