点评：I was craving a steak and so we tried Prime Joint. The atmosphere and service was great. However, the food and drinks were way overpriced given the quality.
The ribeye tasted good but was tough and had small bones in it. Though ordered medium rare it came out medium well. The sides that it came with (mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables) were good.
My wife had the ribs. These were not ribs that are tender and slide off of the bone. They were very tough but had good flavor. The chips that were served with the ribs were great but the salad was subpar.
We had some cocktails and were very disappointed in how they came out. The old fashioned came out tasting like watered down whiskey and the whiskey sour was extremely bitter.
It was a pleasant and fun evening but next time I am craving a steak I will go elsewhere. The price is unreasonable given the quality of food and drinks. Great place to go if you want to pay for atmosphere.
