点评：Full recommendation of Namib Trails 4x4 Rentals from our side based on our family (M, W, G (17) and B (14)) experience. We had the most lovely thirteen nights in Namibia of which 10 nights were spent in Namib Trails 4x4 Rentals’ Toyota Hilux with tents on the roof. We planned our trip back in March timeframe, which is not a minute too early! - and the help and guidance we got from Kato Marens (owner of Namib Trails 4x4 Rentals ) was instrumental in settling on a good, realistic if ambitious itinerary. She had patience and empathy in abundance to make sure we had the car and camping arrangements in place, as the outset for booking campsites etc.
Kato picked us up at our hotel on the morning of the start of our camping adventure. She gave us a really thorough introduction / show-and-tell for the car and all the equipment on board, which left us with no outstanding questions in the field (which is how it has to be, as you are not always able to call from the field!).
The car and the equipment worked like a charm!! Nothing broken, nothing faulty and no challenges with anything in the “package”. The car was from 2023, which in our eyes was very positive, as we knew we would set out in a car that had proven its capabilities and not a potential “Monday model”.
Kato picked us up at our hotel on the morning of the start of our camping adventure.
