The Best Trip Ever with ShinyDays Curating an Amazing Trip

点评：If you are planning a trip to Morocco, you MUST hire ShinyDays, you will be WELL taken care of! I recommend them with unreserved enthusiasm. Let me walk you through our experience…
This is important…We originally booked with another company that was recommended to us by a friend and it proved to be very disappointing. After our initial contact, it took MULTIPLE efforts on our part to communicate with them. We decided to find another company and that is when we found ShinyDays.
Within 30 minutes of emailing ShinyDays the owner, Oualid, got back to us. He asked us how many days we planned on being in Morocco and what we had in mind for our trip. We told him that we wanted a cultural and immersive experience. From that point on, Oualid curated an extraordinary trip for us.
The wonderful part is that Oualid took great pains to listen to what we wanted and also shared his knowledge of what he thought would best suit us. If we had a question he answered it in a timely manner (always within a few hours, never over 24 hours...we live in the U.S., and there is a 6 hour time difference).
He did NOT DISAPPOINT! Wow! ShinyDays curated the perfect trip for us. Everything was planned out: from being picked up at the airport by our private driver (Omar) in an SUV, to staying at the most beautiful Riads, to having private guides waiting for us at the different villages/cities we visited. It was AMAZING. Everyone that ShinyDays employs (from drivers to guides) is incredibly knowledgeable.
And when we wanted to do something not on our agenda (taking a quad ride in the Sahara for example), they made it happen. I feel it’s also worth mentioning that my partners daughter celebrated a birthday on our trip and Oualid made sure she had a surprise birthday cake after a wonderful dinner. WOW!
You will not be disappointed hiring ShinyDays, you will be well taken care of. And…ask for Omar as your driver. He is absolutely wonderful, he has so much information to offer, and knows all of the best local places to eat! Omar took care of us on our 12 day journey, and we feel we made a good friend in him.
