Pizza Ranch的点评
点评：1. The same pizzas were there the entire time of our visit. Many specialty pizzas that got cold and dried out.
2. Plates ran out for the pizza buffet, so after seeing no one cared enough to wash dishes, I took it upon myself to take plates from the salad bar over to the pizza buffet for people to use. (A dirty plate was there the entire time, though)
3. 3 different people came in to pick up their to go orders. None of those orders had been done. They were told that the orders "never came through." People ordered certain things and were told are not available at that location, and did not know this until they came to pick up. Their orders weren't even started anyway.
4. Too many people wandering around. One shaggy-haired kid did nothing but wander and play on his phone. Did not clean tables, pick up dishes, sweet up floor. Too busy on his phone the whole time, and I was ignored when I stood by the pizza buffet for about 5 minutes to request a simple pepperoni for my kids. The gal up front tried to be helpful, but was too busy singing and acting stupid the whole time we were there.
5. There were 2-3 other people in the back (one of them I think is the manager) and did not come out to help at all. Wasn't sure what was going on back there with them as there obviously were no to go orders going out or buffet orders. God knows they were not washing dishes.
6. Finally after asking the girl up front for a pepperoni for buffet, about 20 minutes later of waiting I told her to just forget it. There was no way that this should take this long. She was apologetic, but I know when I'm being jerked around. For over $40 spent, none of my kids were eating anything. They aren't going to each a veggie pizza or buffalo chicken! They were cold and flabby anyway!
7. While we had been waiting for the pepperoni, they started stacking chairs on top of the tables around us. Nothing like feeling like we were being pushed out. What were they going to do, actually CLEAN?!
8. When we left, there were still 3 different people waiting for their to-go orders. And it looked like they were closing. I wished them luck on our way out.
9. The gal up front packed the pepperoni that did come out on our way out the door (I don't know if it was sitting back there and no one was smart enough to bring it out or what) and she gave everyone in the store coupons for their next visit. Too bad that the coupons EXPIRED IN AUGUST 2023.
10. One thing I forgot was that I had a coupon for $5 off a buffet with a paid adult. I could use it for up to 2 buffets. I had to tell the shaggy-haired kid how to use it. So he used it once. Then I had to tell him it said "Up to 2 uses" and I wanted to use it for 2 buffets. Do you really think I should have to babysit the employees here?!
I was told to go to this location and eat at lunch time that it was much better because you have older people running the show. I can't say I will be back anytime soon. This was pathetic. I totally see why my husband refused to eat here. Thank god he wasn't with us last night. Ridiculous.
