点评：We had a large order for family who was visiting for the weekend. We ordered several sandwiches (two briskets, one pulled pork, one tri-tip, one porchetta, one Italian beef, one hot dog), plus ribs, french fries, mac and cheese and potator salad. The only compliment was for the pulled pork. Both briskets were about 70% fat. The tri-tip was tough. The Italian beef was just ok. No complaint about the hot dog. The St. Louis ribs were tough. Most of the potatoes in the potato salad were hard and undercooked and had no taste. No comment from the 4-year old about the mac and cheese.
I wasn't aware they offered ribs until I arrived and saw them on display, so I asked him to add ribs to the order and take off the hot dog. He said he couldn't deduct the price of the hot dog, since it was a pre-paid phone order, even though none of the items had been prepared yet. I noticed he had no problem adding the cost of the ribs to the order.
Based on the reviews, we were looking forward eating here, but it was very dissapointing.
