点评：The only reason it got two stars instead of one star was that the food tasted pretty good.
Now for the rest:
1. All the tables were dirty, and there were no napkins out so we could at least wipe the crumbs and spills off of one. I had to use a wet wipe from my purse to clean a table.
2. The restrooms were dirty. The ladies room was dirty, and the toilet paper was damp and sitting on top of the dispenser. There were no paper towels in the dispenser. One of the two stalls in the ladies room was out of order, which meant there was a long line despite the restaurant not being all that busy, I’m told that the men’s room had wet floors and clearly hadn’t been wiped down in hours.
3. My daughter’s Cajun wrap came with sauce smeared all over the outside of it. It was a mess and difficult to eat because of this.
4. When we got our order, it was missing the two dipping sauces we requested AND our order of hush puppies. It took ten minutes to even get the attention of an employee at the counter to let them know, then another ten minutes to get the missing hush puppies.
We have been to other Cookout locations where we enjoyed the experience, but this one was not good. The dirty location and inattentive employees made this a poor experience for us.
