点评：Our family has eaten at True Foods countless times and this is the first time we did not give a 5 Star rating. Why, our server, Ryan, was less than professional. We received an online coupon for a choice of one of three appetizers with an order of $40 or more. It was a valid coupon from the beginning of September to the 26th. Prior to ordering our meal we had Ryan view the coupon and ordered one item. He took the order. At the end of our meal Ryan failed to provide us with the itemized receipt to confirm the billing was accurate. We always check. In haste the charges were signed along with his 20% tip. Prior to leaving we thought the bill was high for our order so we asked Ryan for the itemized bill. As we thought he charged us for the appetizer. He “denied” that we presented the coupon to him. Total BS. We complained and the manager appeared and Ryan disappeared. She told us the coupon was not valid but could not prove otherwise. She went to the register and corrected the overcharges. We hope. It’s not about the money but the principle. Our meals were great except for excessive crunchy salt on our salmon.
