点评：Only go through the drive thru of this establishment - do not under any circumstance go inside if you want efficient, fast, or even halfway decent service. I've been through the drive thru of this store multiple times and although they can be a little slow, they do a good job, which gets them the three stars. This time I needed to use the restroom so made the bad decision to go inside to order.
The cashier was friendly but had no idea about the products, every question I asked was met with a blank look. Eventually I just ordered iced tea. However I'm watching as order after order is made and set to the side for mobile orders, as the time ticks away. Those orders sit, more orders joined them. Finally I look at the clock and 12 minutes has passed. I go up and inquire about my tea, the person making the drinks says, 'you're on the list'. On the list? I was the only person physically there waiting. For an iced tea that is pre made and just requires ice and pouring the tea?
I finally watched the barista 'make' (pour) my tea at the 16 minute mark. 16 minutes for an iced tea. Unbelievable. It felt like there were so many people back there and yet no one was doing anything. If you ever visit here, just know to only go drive thru.
