Ran out of all the breakfast food and coffee every single morning for 6 days. Rude service

点评：They ran out of food at breakfast every single morning of our 6 night stay. And even if they ran out 30 minutes before breakfast ended, they simply would not bring out more food. They ran out of cereal, milk, bacon, yogurt, eggs, half and half, coffee, oatmeal, and bread. They ran out of everything at least once, and usually they ran out of almost every edible food item most mornings about 30 minutes before the official end time of breakfast hours. So if you had hungry kids, too bad for you. It was disgraceful. Unacceptable. We're not big breakfast eaters so it wasn't an issue - except for the constant lack of half and half - but I really felt awful for everyone else. I absolutely would not recommend this hotel for this reason since, after all, they're cheating guests financially by not providing what they say they will provide.
I also wouldn't recommend this hotel because of my interaction with the infamous "Stacy." She was rude to me and tried to mess with me about getting a "room refresh." My request went missing three times until finally, a witness was there when I made a fuss about having to ask a fourth time and then, miraculously, my room was serviced.
Be warned that they advertise housekeeping every two days but it's really every four days. They do a room "refresh" every two days but since my refresh never happened (see Stacy issue above) after three days, I got a full housekeeping visit, so I don't know what a refresh entails.
It's too bad because this is a pretty nice facility. The one-bedroom suite is spacious, the hotel is quiet, and housekeeping did a good job on my room. But I can't recommend it.
