点评:We had an unfortunate, but minor in the grand scheme of things, experience, that was made horribly worse by the inept customer management skills of manager Will. We had ordered cocktails, then later appetizers and mains. We, like most folk I believe, like to have their cocktails prior to their meals. After 15 minutes, our apps were brought to our table, before our cocktails were served. We asked out charming waiter Michael, who was nothing but gracious, if we could speak to the manager.
About ten minutes later, Will arrived at our table (donning a chip clip in his hair !) with the most insincere of apologies. He was dripping attitude that said « I just don’t care ». He tried to explain that most people want their food before their drinks (huh?) as if we were in the wrong, then said they had a large party they were dealing with (obviously more important than us and the rest of the guests). We finally had to insist that he leave the table, that it would have been better if he never came over. He left with a « Have a good night » with his back to us, basically saying « @&$ you ».
A few minutes later, Jonathan the bar manager came to our table and graciously and properly dealt with our situation. The customer management skills of Jonathan was exemplary ; Will’s: nonexistent.
Our food on the whole was very good.
