点评：Food was served cold. My husband finished his meal because he was so hungry before I could flag down our waiter. I said our food was cold. His response was " I can see that" (because the butter was still in tact on my pancakes) So I asked for a to go box & the check. In the meantime I flagged down what looked like a mgr & told her. She said let me take care of this & disappeared. The check & to go boxes arrived. As we stood in line to pay, I noticed the hostesses name tag said gen. Mgr.so I showed her my cold pancakes & she responded " Oh, our butter doesn't melt" WTF ? I was furious at the insult to my intelligence & lack of customer service by now. She did offer to heat it up. ( Too little too late) I said how about I pay for the meal he ate & I leave this here & never come back. She liked my offer. Perkins Altamonte needs a new GM.
