点评:If you want to see a display of the worst customer service I have ever come across please go visit Daisy and the other little snotty nosed front desk chick working with her at this hotel. I made a reservation for 17-19th November, for my husband and my son who were there for a volleyball competition. I had booked it under my family and friends rate, totally unaware that I, as the reward holder needed to be there in order to get the room at the discounted rate. My husband called me to tell me that Daisy was cancelling his stay due to the fact I was not with them. My husband has stayed at other Hilton properties without me, using my family and friends rate before and tried to explain this to Daisy, I asked to speak with Daisy she was not willing to get on the phone with me to explain the situation, so I overheard my husband and her conversation. There were definite undertones of racism and she ended it screaming as my husband to get out of her hotel and proceeded to tell him she was gonna call the police, which she did in fact do, all the while accusing him of fraudulent activity by trying to stay at the hotel under the discounted rate!!! At this point I called the front desk and asked to speak with Daisy who refused, I then asked the girl I was speaking with to explain to me what was going on, she told me that they were cancelling his reservation that she no longer wanted to speak with me about the situation and told me she was now going to hang up, which she promptly did. This was a genuine mistake which could have been handled in a million different better ways than the way Daisy handled it. I will be calling the general manager in the morning to discuss this situation, and I will pray for Daisy that whatever she may be going thru in her personal life, she should leave it at the door and not take her issues out on patrons of the hotel.
A simple “I am so sorry sir, but I do have to abide by my rules, I wish there was something I could do for you but my hands are tied” or anything along those lines would have perhaps been a more appropriate route to take. Daisy you really should get into a different profession, you lack even the basics of customer service!!
