After having terrible service and food on August 8th, 2023 at the Altamonte Springs Florida location I got a call on August 11th, 2023 from the manager Latavia Hightower and she apologized to me on behalf of her server and the food. Miss Lativia invited me and my wife on August 25th, 2023 to give us a complimentary meal to make up for the error and I tell you in all my life I have never been so grateful for the welcome of her to the restaurant, for the service, for the food, and all around service that made me and my wife feel so important and like a V.I.P.
I do give this restaurant, manager Lativia, and staff a rating of 5 stars and beyond. I have been coming to this location since the late 1990's.
Also on that day, I was celebrating my birthday, and wow what a treat that she came to my table with a group and they were singing the birthday song. So happy and I have always in my past I recommended this restaurant to all my friends. I visited so many LongHorns in every state I travel to and love it. I will continue giving a 5-star referral to all my friends. I will continue coming to all the LongHorn Restaurants. Thank you and God Bless you.
