点评：We had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Aurora and decided to dine at the hotel's restaurant. The menu items were unique and thoughtfully curated, with a southwestern flair that looked rather spicy. Although I typically enjoy such flavors, I had recently undergone oral surgery and had to be cautious. Nevertheless, the green chili, flatbread, and other items were very good. The brunch options, including Bottomless Mimosas, were also a highlight.
I ordered the Loco Moco. The concept was great, and I requested it medium, but unfortunately, the burger patty was charred too much. It lacked Portuguese sausages and didn't have enough gravy. Second time, salad that came with porches eggs were rotten or stale. A bit disappointed. Eggs were perfect. Despite these shortcomings, it had the fundamentals to make it great.
We will definitely return, as the restaurant shows great potential and offers a delightful dining experience. Solid 4 out of 5.
