点评：Aspen, Colorado is a haven for the chic ski set that caters to oysters and sushi and Colorado rack of lamb and New Zealand venison. So it's especially enjoyable to find a counter-serve eatery that specializes in burgers, hot dogs and milk shakes amid all of this mountain madness. Located at 433 East Durant Avenue, near Aspen Mountain Resort, across from Rubey Park bus station, steps from Aspen Mountain, CP Burger offers everything from falafel burgers to hummas vegetable burgers to Colorado beef to ice cream shakes to hand-cut fries to 100 percent Wagyu beef hot dogs to traditional CP burgers with an outdoor patio that allows patrons to participate in min-golf and ice skating. Open from 11 to 9 daily, CP Burger is a popular destination for burgers and hot dogs and people-watching. I endorse the CP Burger with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and CP sauce and the Durham Ranch hot dog with 100 percent Wagyu beef with sauerkraut, relish, tomato, onion and cheddar cheese. My wife prefers the Summit Burger with applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, blue cheese and CP sauce and the grilled chicken burger with grilled chicken, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and CP sauce. With parmesan truffle fries. Wash it all down with chocolate and strawberry shakes. Or a banana split shake with vanilla ice cream, strawberries, chocolate syrup and bananas. Yes, it's pricey. But it's Aspen, isn't it? And it tastes so good.
