点评:We had reservations under my son's name, he called that morning and asked if I would be able to check in, as he was going to be about an hour behind us. He spoke w/ a woman that said that would be fine. I got there, and the 2 men inside said it was not possible, and the older gentleman was slamming his hand on the desk, yelling something about the guy has to be there. I advised that someone said it would be ok, and let me call my son and see if he got a name. He tried to yell more, but I could not understand him, so the other gentleman starting speaking, say that would not be possible, they do not do that there. Then the lady came flying up front, apologizing, saying they didn't know , she hadn't told them. Ok, that was fine, I guess....she was checking me in, asked if I had pets, I said yeah, 2 cats, the older man again started yelling, very hard to understand, smacking his hand on the counter again. The lady said they don't take cats. Their website does not state anywhere no cats. Said pets welcome for a fee. The older man and son now are repeating over and over, no cats. I said ok, I understand that, but your website doesn't say that, and I stayed at a super 8 the day prior that had zero problems with cats. The lady did direct me to the motel 6 across the way (MUCH better hotel grounds and great staff by the way) She did say "the guy" can cancel the reservation and they would refund, which they did do almost immediately when he spoke w/ them, and did advise their website had no exclusions for what type of pets. The woman seemed like she would be kind, the older guy, was very rude, loud , unfortunately, VERY hard to understand. I am very glad I did not have to deal with him any further. If passing thru again, I will stop elsewhere.
They did have able parking on other side of the building for semis or uhaul/trailer parking (which is why we picked there, along with allowing pets)

大楼另一侧确实有停车位,可供半挂车或大型货车/拖车停放(这就是我们选择那里的原因,同时允许携带宠物)
