I WOULD PUT A ZERO IF I COULD…THIS PLACE COME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BUT…beware if you make a reservation!!!!
Christy the manager has a piss poor attitude. Made reservations a week ago for a Birthday party and the day of the reservations (11th of February at 5:00) they are unable to honor those reservations. Said they were made for outside and it is raining but no one bothered to call and let us know that seating is not possible. My reservations said nothing about being made outside. Then she hung up on me. Extremely rude behavior for management. I am in Tn and this was a surprise dinner for my daughter and her friends.
Her friend was actually there and the other manager Hunter was extremely rude as well and told them it is not their responsibility to call customers who had made reservations that they cannot accommodate any longer. It was too much for them to do. I thought that was management’s responsibility To take care of customers.
I realize that you were busy and my money or loss of my Business doesn’t bother you or hurt you in anyway. But, it is pathetic that no one cares about customer service any longer.
I would think negative comments and word of mouth would negatively affect you though and for me that is what I can do. I will let everyone know just how incredibly rude your management staff are to customers. I would hope this would be addressed by the owner.
