点评：On a recent trip to Washington, DC, we ate at Pappe, 1317 14th ST NW (Logan Circle). We had a very enjoyable time, sampling various Indian dishes. The Naans & Chutney Flight is a must to be acquainted with the various taste offerings. I found some more spicy than others. The Daal Makhani is a favorite with naan. My husband had Butter Chicken, which he commented was the best he has had in DC. The Chicken Tikka Masala was very creamy -- spiced to my liking. The portions were large and enjoyable. For desert, the Cardamom Gelato was something new for us…the Cardamom gives vanilla a punch of excitement.
Our server, Sami, was knowledgeable in answering our questions regarding the various dishes. Sami was very personable and a pleasant person. We told him how tasty the dishes were, and how nicely decorated the restaurant was. Pappe is a keeper to visit again! We rate Pappe a "5" star restaurant!
