Potbelly Sandwich Shop的点评
点评：We got to Potbelly’s at 1056 am. They open at 11. At 11:02 I went up to the door, to see an employee coming up the steps to unlock the door. She unlocked the door and walked off. She could have opened the door. Then when we walked in, no one greeted us. They barely spoke to us. The worst was the girl at the register. My boyfriend said something funny to her. She didn’t acknowledge him. Then she didn’t even tell him the total. She never looked up. When we were checking out, another family came in. They didn’t see where to order so they were standing there. Not one of three workers showed them where to go. We did. Back to the girl at the register - when the other family was checking out, she did the same thing. No eye contact. No communication. The man was looking at his wallet and she stood there holding out his sandwich. Not a here you go, nothing. I travel to a lot of places and eat at a lot of places - fine dining to White Castle 🤪 and this was THE WORST service I’ve ever experienced. The sandwich didn’t even make up for the horrible service. I love Potbelly in Cincinnati, by the way!
