点评：WARNING - Do NOT rent this space. I should have listened to the previous review. Initially Alex answered the phone and was very congenial in answering my questions. I put down a $157 deposit with him for renting the space for a big party and signed a rental agreement. He said we could look at the space that week. Then he went really dark on me. I called, texted, emailed. He would resurface briefly to say it would all work out and still did not confirm a time. Finally the Tuesday before my Friday event I finally got him on the phone. He told me he had no working bathroom (… for an event of 70 people for four hours!) and that he had no solution. We discussed a time to meet the next day (Wed) so I could finally see the space (clearly my mistake I should have asked this upfront). I scrambled to find and send him quotes for fancy port-o-potties. He then… completely ghosted me and I have not heard from him since. As of that Thursday at noon I had to face the reality he was completely flaking since I had heard nothing back. I had to scramble to find another venue and cancel my bartender and I couldn’t use all the food and alcohol I had bought (was too late to find a venue that would allow it). I had had a tough few months and tried to throw a big party for my birthday and friends and this guy really ruined it and cost me a lot of money. He has never responded since and has stolen the deposit and won’t return it.
