点评:When I visiting this apartment( 30.12.2024-02.01.2025) I was very upset. I booked a deluxe room( 460€/per nigth) (room 501) with my children (children are 17 years old, 5 years old and 2 years old). We went into the room, it was cold, I went down to the reception and they gave me a fan to warm me up, and later they brought another one. We slept all night with two fans that made such a terrible noise and this fan was not designed for long-term heating of the air.
For a luxury room without heating, I was offered a 10% discount, but I don’t think this is correct. I paid 460 € for 1 night in a luxury room, but a room without heating costs half as much!!!
The next morning we all woke up in a terrible mood, we all had headaches from the noise of the fan and our skin was very tight.I went to the reception again and they gave me an oil heater.If I had known that such an attitude would be towards me and my loved ones, I would never have chosen your apartment! Despite the fact that we were still at the New Year's holiday!!!
I will definitely write about this situation about your apartments in the reviews.
