点评：All in all average - below average food experience, nice spot and fast service. For these prices in Tartu one gets much better quality elsewhere. Kind of a tourist trap.
I picked vegetarian ratatouille with springrolls as I am fond of both ratatouille with and without meat and it sounded interesting. Vegetables were barely cooked big chunks, as opposed to ratotouille that is supposed to be well cooked so that flavours melt together. The “tomato” in the dish was kind of liquidy tomato sauce covering the vegetables, it reminded of ready made sauce and ketchup and was ketchupy-sweet. If it is made on spot of fresh tomatoes or good tinned tomatoes they should really reduce the sugar.
Friends’ food was average as well. The dessert menu was mainly variations of crème brûlée. After my disappointment with ratatouille I did not want to know what they had done to crème brûlée.
Service is fast and attentive and the spot is very central, it was nice to sit in the shade outside with many hanging green plants around.
The owner/chef comes out to greet the customers, but it is a bit over the top.
Won’t go again for food, but perhaps a drink on a summer day.
