点评：Tsunft is off the beaten paths of Tallinn, near the Ministry of Finance, in a very modern house, contrart to what one might expect from the name (medieval guild in German). It's really an artisanal bakery to which a restaurant with limited menu, predeominantly pasta. is added; it seems mostly a lunch place, plus some food events.
My colleague and I enjoyed our lunch very much and ended up taking three courses rather than one, and taking a loaf of bread home as a souvenir. Simple, excellent, flavor-focused food with great texture, served hot from the open kitchen by a really nice and competent cook or the friendly waitstaff. After two Michelin-listed Tallinn restaurants which were worse re food and service at double the price (Harg and Lee), this was a genuine pleasure.
The place has an odd layout and indoor tables are scarce; those that exist are nice - it really is more the dining space of a bakery. But the food is world class, and we really liked spaghetti with shrimp cevice and candied lemon. Definitely a place to return to.
An aside: This lovely place has a low rating because two members of the same entitled Norwegian gang gave a low rating because they wanted more food for less money. Read those two reviews carefully - they're actually recommendations if you understand who wrote them and why.
