点评：Nothing is worse while traveling in foreign countries than not being able to enjoy some comfort foods, especially for the important morning meal. We had been touring the Baltic Republic countries for a number of days and were craving a western-style breakfast. By chance, we passed by Karstos Galvos whose sandwich board highlighted some familiar dishes. Maria, the owner, said that they would be happy to adjust any breakfast dishes for us...and that was that. We thereafter found our way every morning while in Vilnius to Karstos Galvos. Their regular Eggs Benedict offerings, fried and scrambled eggs, as well as gluten-free pastries, always filled the bill. Maria explained that the meaning of Karsos Galvos was "Hot Heads" which was most appropriate as their hot coffee specialites were excellent. Lay claim to a table on the outside terrace to do some serious people watching ,while enjoying a tasty breakfast and savoring your caffeine fix. This place was an absolute gem.
