点评:We have been to Demoloftas a couple of times. Firstly, we've had an amazing tasting dinner. It all started with fesh cheese with honey, served with super tasty and soft warm bread. Another spectacular dish was "grandma's salad" which was also very nostalgic: you see a very modern dish but one bite - and you're in your childhood memories. Fish was not only delicious but it looked like a piece of art. The two deserts "birch porridge" and "gogel-mogel with rhubarbs" have been just as impressive. The birch dessert was something I've never tasted before but would def. go for it again. Gogel-mogel did transfer me again to my childhood. Everything was paired with cocktails. While it was interesting to try, I would stay with the usual wine-pairing as, I guess, I am a conservative wine-lover.
Each dish during the dinner has been followed with a personal story and attention from the chef himself. The bartender Matas has also helped to create relaxed and fun atmosphere. Would recommend the tasting dinner at Demoloftas to all food lovers!
The brunch was a little less impressive - the service was a little chaotic but the food was really good - I loved the asparagus in crumbs and pancakes.
