点评：Advertised showing the Rugby World Cup- this is a LIE. Super disappointed about this especially within the expat community here in Ljubljana. They let us down.
All day we planned on going to Harats and even told friends about it, so now we look quite foolish as well.
Once Patrick’s closed, we were really hoping that Harats could fill that void for the expat community but so far it’s NOT coming through. especially with situations like today. If you cannot show the match please don’t advertise prominently online that you can.
Please note: we are not angry at the local staff- I know it’s not their fault if upper management doesn’t give them the channel. But if Harats anywhere (global) advertises something, you have a responsibility to provide it to your customers.
This makes me hesitate to come again for anything advertised. I cannot trust that you will actually offer anything you advertise. The expat community at large feels the same.
