Shortly after leaving the restaurant, approximately 1 to 1,5 hours later, my husband began experiencing severe stomach pain and felt extremely unwell. We believe this was caused by food poisoning, potentially from the oysters he consumed. This incident has raised serious concerns about the quality and safety of the food served at your establishment.
In addition to this alarming health issue, we were dissatisfied with the overall value for money. The total bill for two set menus, two glasses of champagne, and one portion of oysters came to €288.43. For such a high price, it is unacceptable to leave the restaurant only to suffer from severe stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting. This is both disappointing and shocking.
To make matters worse, when settling the bill, we were encouraged to pay in zloty instead of euros, being told it was "better." This felt unprofessional and left us with the impression that tourists are being taken advantage of.
We are extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of the food and the service we received. My husband’s health was put at risk due to what appears to be negligence on your part. I hope this feedback prompts immediate action to ensure the safety and satisfaction of future customers.
