点评：Some time ago I talked to the restaurant about a larger reservation in their premises, we were presented with the operating minimum (PLN 100 / person), today, when I called the restaurant, he answered "Mr. Owner" who gave me a shoe price of PLN 120 per person when I asked what has changed in less than 2 weeks, he replied that there was one more reservation and now the price will be higher. I agreed to the proposed rate, but it surprised me, because it is customary in restaurants to maintain the price that was set first, and when I politely asked if anything else affects operating prices, the "Mr. Owner" who was willing to accept our reservation, was outraged and said that he was insinuating something and that he needed to think about it and that he dictated the terms, not us. This is the first time I have encountered this type of arrogance on the part of the restaurant owner, who actually earns a lot from this type of reservations. In fact, we do not lose anything because we will eat in a different restaurant, but I wish "the owner" more humility and a better approach to people visiting his premises.
