点评：I've been a loyal customer at this restaurant for over 16 years. Friendly staff, quick service, nice food.
In the last weeks it's had a makeover & changed staff.
Now it's terrible. Priority appears to be given to phoned in orders. I've several times joined a queue to order, and the sole operative just ignores that a queue is building up and continues to fulfill phoned in orders
When it's just been me, no acknowledgement is made of my presence, no apology made for the wait. Last week I waited so long I eventually gave up and left. This is the 2nd time in the past few weeks I've had to do this
Today I stood and there was no server. Nobody in the kitchen bothered to check. When a 2nd person joined and asked the guy who had his back to us shaving kebab meat where was someone to take our order, instead of helping us, he told us to wait. When the girl arrived, instead of coming to us, she stood at the register and shouted to us "next !".
I told her since the change happened the service had become terrible, and the food was much worse. "OK", was her response. She couldn't have cared less.
And the food is much worse. Stock that has been sitting and drying out. Chilli added to korma style mild curry to mask the dryness of the chicken.
I gave them a chance post the redesign. But it's just bad, and nobody there cares at all.
There are too many nice places with friendly staff to give your money to this place.
I used to recommend it to everyone. Now I will tell everyone to avoid it.
