If you've never tried this style of food before, and you like meat, then you owe it to yourself to check out this restaurant. When you go, you MUST try: gumbo, lime slaw, and beans. Choose whatever meat you prefer, but I would rank their beef brisket highest, with the pulled pork a close second. The iced tea, lemonade, and beer go well with their food.
The atmosphere is what I'd call "premium American fast-food style." They have smaller tables up front and larger ones in the back. You wait in a queue to order and then take your food to a table.
The prices are a bit higher than other lunches in the neighborhood, but I go here often because it's the first time I've found really great Louisiana flavors in Europe. It's a great value for something so unique in the region.
