点评:I recently visited Massimo's in Bearsden, where I encountered one of the most blatantly greedy and dishonest voucher policies l've ever seen. I was gifted a £75 voucher, spent £40, and was then told that the remaining £35 was simply gone - nowhere on the voucher did it say it had to be used all at once. This was outright robbery.
After arguing my case with the restaurant's manager, Dino, I was eventually given £30 in voucher change but I was still short £5, which the restaurant simply pocketed. Stealing from customers is a disgraceful way to run a business.
Perhaps this kind of dishonesty is acceptable practice in Picinisco, but in Bearsden, customers expect fair treatment, not to be scammed out of their money. Unfortunately, this is not the only instance of such underhanded practices, as other reviews also highlight how customers are misled and short-changed by Massimo's.
If you like your hard-earned cash being swallowed up by greedy, deceitful policies, then by all means, dine here. If not, go somewhere that actually respects its customers.
Avoid this place unless you enjoy being robbed at the dinner table.
