迪威那套房精品酒店 - 限成人的点评
点评：It is rare that I struggle to find the words but this review is one of those times. It is impossible to do justice to our experience at Divina Suites. Everything that I read in other reviews was absolutely true. The communication from Laura was outstanding from the moment I made an enquiry and this level of care continued throughout our stay. Upon booking Laura sent info on activities and restaurants and was happy to answer questions. She booked our jeep safari for us before we arrived. Laura and Lina were constantly available for any help needed and nothing was too much trouble. Always with a smile.
When we checked in we received vouchers for free entrance to several local attractions which we enjoyed. Our room was beautiful. Huge comfy bed. Plenty of storage. Fabulous shower and toiletries. Great kitchenette area with good quality teas and coffee that were restocked every day. Fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge. The only slight niggle was that I found the room to be a little warm at night - but that's not unusual for me. I sleep with windows open in winter back in UK. The whole place is calm and stylish ... and smells fantastic.
Breakfast was amazing. The pleasure we got from finding our basket of goodies every morning was beyond words. Fresh breads, pastries, cheese, meats, eggs, fruit and oranges to juice. Just wonderful.
Laura and Lina should both be extremely proud of Divina Suites and their exceptional customer care. I have rarely experienced somewhere so special. Thank you both for a fabulous stay.
