Iberostar Selection Kuriat Palace的点评
点评：The Iberostar Kuriat Hotel is one of the very good hotels in the area, we were delighted with the services offered. The hotel is on the beach, the sea water is clean and very clear, protected with nets, smooth entry into the water! The outdoor pool is generous, very clean, there are also pools with slides for children and separately for adults! The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are clean, equipped with everything you need, the towels were changed as often as needed, the cleaning was done daily.
The hotel has a wifi network that works even on the beach!
The hotel staff, from the manager to the maids and waiters, are very kind and always ready to make you feel good, paying special attention to each tourist. An extra appreciation for the young Minyar, the receptionist, she was very kind and prompt in responding to all our requests!
There are also disadvantages to this hotel. First of all, the location in an isolated area, about 6 km from Monastir and 15 km from Sousse, opposite Monastir Airport (which was not very disturbing although we had a direct view of the airport runway). Secondly, although the rooms are very spacious and well organized, the furniture is a little outdated but functional! I think a renovation of the furniture would greatly increase the comfort of this hotel! And last but not least, we had two nights in which a sewage smell persisted in the room, a very disturbing smell, but I don't know if this is due to the hotel management or the local sewage system!
If you get over the small inconveniences, the location is wonderful.
Excellent food, diverse and sufficient at any time. The local dishes and the fact that every day you found something completely new are to be appreciated.
We will happily return to this hotel anytime!!!
