点评:We booked a fixed-price 3-course brunch here as a special family treat to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Through Open Table we selected our time slot. We arrived slightly early. Surprisingly, the waiter made us feel guilty about coming so late, mentioning it four times, and hinting that we should hurry, so the cook staff could clean up for dinner, etc, etc. Why would that time be offered (and our credit card number collected) if that time didn’t work? How is that our fault? And why take our money then? We only received two out of three courses, and were underwhelmed. While appetizers and drinks were delicious, the main was two eggs, a piece of bacon, a piece of sausage, a piece of pork belly — no carbs, no sauce, no extras, nothing that made it any different than what I could whip up for dinner. In fact, what I’d make at home would’ve been far tastier. He did bring out a single plate with three super miniature macaroons with just the flavor of sweetness and three teeny truffles (for four people) so maybe that counted as the third course? Not sure how. I’ve had much, much tastier desserts elsewhere. And then we were rushed out. It’s a shame. We’re locals, and would’ve been repeat customers if the experience was better.
