点评：A rare opportunity to completely let go and trust in those so willing to share their passion for this magical land, the kindness of its people and justifiable pride in their rich culture offered to us in so many ways throughout this 14 day adventure.
So much thanks to Virginia, Shibu & Akilash for sharing their individual wealth of experience, collectively helping create such beautiful & lasting memories. Not wishing to forget the wonderful and experienced Ayurvedic therapists, so gentle & nurturing & the lovely housekeeping staff who provided us with the finest local fayre and took care of our every need, always with a smile.
The location is superb, situated between backwater and beach. It felt entirely safe to wander around as often we did after supper, taking in the local way of life.
It's impossible not to leave with a heavy heart after such a rich and nurturing experience but equally feeling a hundred times lighter from everything that was offered so readily from beginning to end, safe in the knowledge that I can return.
It was an absolute privilege - thankyou Ayurveda Cherai for making my first experience of India so very special and memorable.
