点评：I cannot rate this McDonalds location LOW ENOUGH. I have lived in this town over 30 years and this McDonalds has got to be THE WORST existing on the planet. They screw up my order royally ANY time I've driven on their premises. In fact, I get so furious that I normally refuse to even go there for a couple years , until the hope that some things will have changed, leads me to attempt it again. ( sadly there is only one in town) Last year ? I simply ordered a hot fancy coffee that turned into a 40 min experience due to someone who couldn't figure out how to refill a machine. it was SO bad and tasted like dish water, so i walked in as Id purchased TWO of the same and after looking at me like I had 3 heads, THe manager DID TRY to make it right, except it sincerely tasted AS BAD when she remade it! I just gave up. 10.00 down the drain. Tonight , I felt like having a sundae and treating a friend to a smoothie. How complex is this ? McDonalds has been making sundaes for decades. I order TWO CARAMEL sundaes, a pineapple mango smoothie and ice coffee. so what do I have once I walk in my house and look more closely at the order in my tray ? TWO CHOCOLATE SUNDAES. Are these words that could even remotely sound like one another ? CAR-A-MEL and CHOC-O-LATE ??? Another time, someone ARGUED with me that my latte wasn't actually a coffee, that only real coffee is cofffee. ? I am telling you, it doesnt matter WHEN, what YEAR , what decade or who makes it, they are just THE MOST INCOMPETENT McDonalds EVER, I truly do NOT know how they have even Lasted there, but they deserve to be called out on their horrific service . The sad thing ? most of the kids are usually nice and courteous who work there. But at the end of the day, how is that helping anything if they cant get ice cream out of a machine with a scoop of liquid over it in the correct colour ? If Id chosen to phone them tonight and tell them the order was messed up, Im sure Id have been invited to take MY time and DRIVE their mistake BACK DOWN and have them fix it. Right-o. They arent giving me $4.00 for my cup of fuel or my time im so sure. SO finally, they deserve a poor rating. They've earned it . In fact they need a negative star rating.
