Miss Hoi An的点评
点评：This was my fourth visit to Miss Hoi An and it maintained the standard set on the first three. A good number of eager eaters at 5-30pm and as they left more arrived. I was shown to my seat by a very friendly waitperson, a moment later another arrived to take my order, and within five minutes my meal was served. Two very large "cold rolls", with a good layer of large prawns and the usual vermicelli and julienned veges. A top rate dipping sauce , and the meal was off to a great start. I added a SMALL Combination Pho and was very glad that I went no larger. Beautiful piping hot broth, cooked long and with care, good noodles and loads of sliced meats. A side dish of bean sprouts, lemon and three different leaf types set the dish off very well. Steady movement of diners, plenty of smiling, happy and helpful staff. Being only 2 kms from home, it will be a regular dining stop for me.
