Nice hotel room, shame about the staff!
瓜达拉哈拉帕克斯酒店的点评
点评：Arrived at hotel to be told that the restaurant was closed and male receptionist told us to go round the corner if we wanted food.
The hotel room itself was lovely, clean and modern. Housekeepers do a great job.
The attitude of the staff was appalling and as this is my first visit to Spain has not left a great impression.
They are rude and down right obnoxious.
Attended an event where there was 120 people and the ‘hot’ food was already out on the buffet table and was cold! So when they were asked they took food away to be reheated which is questionable for food hygiene standards and the smoke alarms started going off.
They locked some doors so god forbid there was a fire and when questioned about how they should be unlocked was met with a shrug.
They then started to clear away chairs that people had dared to leave and you could see the anger on the blonde waitress face. They then proceeded to clear away tables whilst the event was still taking place and this was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
All in all if you want a nice hotel room and don’t mind rude and obnoxious staff with poor customer service skills from a 4 star hotel then this is the hotel for you!
